What should I include in my message?
The destination, the rough dates and the number of travelers. If you are planning a corporate trip, mention the type of trip as well, business travel, incentive program or group event. You do not need flights booked or a detailed plan. A few sentences are enough for us to start designing your itinerary. If you have a brief from management or a list of preferences, attach it to the form.
How quickly will you respond?
Usually we reply within hours. After that initial conversation, your full itinerary and quotation arrive faster than most agencies can turn around a first draft. The timeline depends on the destination and the size of the group, but you will not be waiting a week to hear back from us.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your message, then reach out to confirm the details. Once we have enough to work with, we design the route and send it to our local partner team in the destination country for pricing. You receive one quotation with every item on its own line. If you want changes, we revise and requote at no charge. The process is free until you confirm.
Do you cover my destination?
We arrange travel across Asia and Europe. Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China, Turkey, Iceland, and dozens more across the continent. If your destination is on our list, we have a local partner team there. If it is not, we tell you before you spend any time on details.
Can you handle a large group?
Yes. We arrange travel for any group size. The direct partnership model works the same whether you are a couple planning a vacation or a company sending a team of over a hundred to an incentive event.
